Fidelity asset management executives, sought a streamlined solution to track asset performance. Our app delivers instant insights, comparing performance across the organization, over time, and against peers. It has become indispensable, with features that offer a broad performance overview as well as the ability to deep dive into performance details. During Fidelity's annual review, President Charlie Morrison ditched his tradition slides for our app to show Fidelity’s performance, engaging 200 investment professionals effectively.

The Analyst Impact application transforms the way Fidelity Investment analysts understand the impact of their research on portfolio managers' decisions. Rather than sorting through complex data scattered across various systems, my solution provides a succinct overview. By condensing thousands of data points into a cohesive snapshot, analysts can quickly pinpoint outliers and initiate valuable discussions with portfolio managers. This simplified process not only fosters collaboration but also helps analysts grasp the concrete influence of their research on investment strategies.

Order Entry

I led the design of a new mobile order entry system that allows asset managers to handle and execute orders worth billions of dollars each month using their iPhones or iPads. This system utilizes the same reliable back-end infrastructure as their traditional software, but with the added benefit of being accessible on the go.

Previously, asset managers needed large computer setups for their work and often encountered difficulties with connectivity and outdated equipment when away from the office. The application I created has made it possible for them to make decisions and adjust their funds anytime and anywhere, whether they're traveling, at home, or in a coffee line.
